Found this Downy Woodpecker while I was walking to Vischer Ferry Preserve. He was busy pecking for his breakfast. Once in awhile, he would stop and checked on me. I moved on after few shots of him.

Beautiful composition – a real treat to see the structure of his tail (which is usually hidden while propped against a tree trunk). Great photo!
