Assassin Bug

Nikon D300, SB800 & SB26, Tamron 180mm, 1/125s, f16, iso 320, filled flash

The picture was taken in early morning. There are few benefits to start macro photography early morning (Morning dew on the subjects, less windy, dark background, etc). The key reason that I like to start early is insect will not move as much. They are ‘frozen’ over cold night. Before the Sun is up, their movement is minimum. Easier for me to setup my gears.
